While summer months typically embody lazy days around the pool, vacation plans, and backyard barbecues, many people are also busy preparing for the coming school year. Indeed, June to September is the busy season at IEW. Customers contact us, eager to finalize their plans, order materials, and find that specific resource they had set aside for later. We are happy to help but may not be able to respond as quickly in the midst of the seasonal rush.
Our Quick Answers While You Wait landing page is designed as a go-to resource for customers this summer. It provides directions to needed items and quick answers to questions. The Orders and Returns sections will be very helpful as you seek further details concerning your order or your return. We receive many queries on “Where to start?” and have dedicated a full section to the variables its response includes. Usefully the next section answers how to start with the materials you choose. Lastly, schools reaching out with inquiries have their own section at the bottom of the page.
IEW’s Customer Service Team is always encouraged when customers comment on our quick response time and thorough answers. In fact, as you plan ahead, check out our “Starting Strong – Tips for a New School Year” blog post, where many of our customer service and Schools team members offer tips providing additional food for thought.
