Orders
Where is my order?
When you log into your account at IEW.com, on the left side of your Dashboard, click on the orange tab that says Orders, which will populate a list of all orders you have placed directly through IEW. In each order you will see a Status option, where you can check your order status and monitor progress within our system. You can also view your tracking information on this page.
How long will my material take to arrive?
You can find more details on shipping times on our shipping policy page.
How can I submit a tax exempt certificate to avoid being charged sales tax?
Please send your official tax exempt document(s) to TaxExempt@IEW.com
When is your next sale or promotion?
You will not find IEW products discounted, either through our website or our resellers. Everything you purchase directly from IEW is backed by our 100% no-time-limit Satisfaction Guarantee. If you purchase something directly from IEW and aren't satisfied with the product, simply contact us for a return shipping label to send it back for a store credit toward another product or a refund—even if you have written in the book. Twice a year we offer free shipping on standard shipping orders. More information can be found here!

How do I access my streaming videos?

How do I access the files included with my purchase?

Do you offer replacement discs?
Our replacement discs are $15 each plus applicable tax. Please contact our customer service team at 1.800.856.5815 to place your order.
Does IEW have classes?
We have Online classes offered specifically through IEW, as well as a list of Accredited IEW Instructors who offer classes, grading, and a variety of other services.
