To help ensure accurate pricing and to streamline quote preparation, approved school users may now request quotes directly through our website.
Please note: Submitting a quote request does not place an order, reserve inventory, or guarantee product availability. It simply allows our team to prepare a customized quote based on the items requested.
Discontinued and clearance items are not eligible for school quotes. If discontinued or clearance items are included in your quote request, they will be removed from the finalized quote.
Preferred Method: Request a Quote through Your IEW Account
Using the online checkout process below allows us to receive your product selections exactly as requested and typically results in faster quote processing.
How to Request a Quote
- Log in to your account at IEW.com
- Add all desired items to your cart.
- See a full list of products here.
- Click Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter the shipping address or select one from the drop-down menu.
- If the billing and shipping addresses differ, check Shipping and Billing Address Are Different.
- Complete the billing address fields.
- Select the shipping method you would like reflected on your quote.
- The shipping method selected during checkout will be used to estimate shipping costs on your quote and may be changed when the order is ultimately placed.
- Under Payment Method, choose Quote Request.
- In the Notes section, please provide
- the billing email address that should receive the finalized quote.
- any additional email addresses that should receive a copy of the quote.
- any special instructions, requested delivery windows, or other information relevant to the quote request.
- Review your information and click Checkout.
Don't See the Quote Request Payment Option?
The Quote Request payment option is available only to approved school users.
If you do not see the Quote Request option during checkout, please email accounts@IEW.com for assistance. You may leave the desired items in your cart while awaiting our response.
Alternative Quote Request Option
If you are unable to complete the online checkout process or need additional assistance, you may also submit a quote request using this Quote Request Form.
Please note that quote requests submitted through the online checkout process above generally contain more complete product information and are typically processed more quickly than requests submitted through the web form.

After Submission
Once the request is submitted, any applicable adjustments will be applied, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Our team will review your request and send the completed quote to the email address(es) provided in the Order Notes section.
