With a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Tina McMahel has over eighteen years of homeschooling experience. In 2008 her oldest son enrolled in a local IEW class, and she observed a dramatic transformation in his writing skills. She eventually became an IEW Accredited Instructor, sharing IEW with students. Tina enjoys seeing reluctant writers flourish and is excited to be a part of influencing young writers by teaching IEW Online classes. She also supports families as a customer service agent for IEW. In her spare time, she loves to cook, create stained glass projects, travel, and spend time with family.
