Continuing the Tradition: Twelve Days of Giving

Traditions bring joy and fond memories. They may be the same ornaments placed carefully on the tree each year or the beloved Christmas stories you read. Do you have recipes that you prepare only for Christmas? The anticipation builds as the lights are strung on the house and mysterious packages begin to arrive.

Here at IEW, we cannot wait to start our annual tradition—IEW’s Twelve Days of Christmas Giving! Our theme this year is Getting Started with IEW. For those new to IEW, each day will introduce you to some of our main products. If you have used IEW’s writing program but you want to get started with our spelling or grammar programs, we will have something for you. Are you getting started on a new season in your teaching and wish to complete your accreditation with IEW? We have something for you as well. There is something for everyone!

IEW offers gifts for all types of educators, whether they be schoolteachers, administrators, parents, tutors, or co-op facilitators. Participants sign up to receive daily emails that include a link to the gifts and drawings. Here is how the event works.

  • When you receive the email reminder each day, follow directions to download that day’s gift. Each gift is only available for one day, so be sure to check your email daily and claim your gift!
  • The first eleven days feature downloadable items. Some are brand new; others are classic favorites.
  • When the event begins on December 26, IEW will publish a code at IEW.com/Christmas2023 for free standard domestic shipping, which can be used multiple times during the twelve days that follow Christmas.
  • On the twelfth day of Christmas Giving, we offer a physical product that we ship right to your door! When you request the item, be sure to use the free shipping code. (Limit one per address.)

Without spoiling the surprises, here are some hints about the fun to come. Each day of the event will reflect a theme. Here are some of them.

  • Getting Started with IEW Writing—Theme-Based Lessons
  • Getting Started with IEW—Accreditation
  • Getting Started with IEW—College Preparation

Veteran IEW parents and educators, would you help your friends get started with IEW? All of the gifts will be helpful, whether your friends are beginning homeschoolers, after-school homeschoolers, new school teachers or seasoned educators, administrators, or parents.
