Chief Operating Officer
Tim Lawless is IEW’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for all aspects of fulfilling our customer orders. He oversees IEW’s functional areas, which include printing, binding, purchasing, planning, warehousing, retail shipping, business-to-business shipping, human resources, facilities, and accounts. His engineering and management career in both startup and corporate arenas gives him an unusual depth of experience. Tim has helped navigate IEW through the last ten years with sage business advice and continuous improvement of internal processes and systems, always striving for excellent product quality and efficient delivery.
He and his wife, Therese, have homeschooled their eight children and are blessed with fifteen grandchildren. Six of their kids have worked at IEW over the years, including filling key roles as Shipping and Customer Service managers.
Tim recently joined his church choir, loves to cook (especially those big holiday family meals), and plays soccer whenever he can.
