Tandi Wells
Tandi Wells earned her elementary education degree from William Carey University. Her husband and her enjoy the blessing of having three children. Tandi’s thirteen year career in teaching has included classroom experience in both public and private schools and six years of administration in private education. While teaching upper elementary, she found herself always responsible for writing, but having no real understanding of how to teach students the skill. After receiving training on the Structure and Style Methodology, she was eager to implement the program in her classroom. It was truly astounding at how well the program works as students were able to profoundly increase their written and oral communication skills. She is excited to help other teachers and administrators discover the effectiveness of the IEW methodologies.
