IEW Instructor

Karin Dewey has been teaching / tutoring IEW for over 13 years, first through Classical Conversations, second in her home which is affectionately called "Dewey World," and third at a private, Christian, classical school. Karin is a veteran homeschool mom and co-op teacher. Her children have now grown and flown and all three are enrolled at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach. The Deweys enjoy being a Disney family and live in Orlando, Florida, where Karin's husband works at Walt Disney World. Karin also enjoys cooking, baking, watching movies, and cuddling with her wonderful dogs, Percy and Grover. This coming school year, 2025-2026, Karin is returning to her first love, helping homeschool families.  Thus, she will be offering classes out of her home.
