Karin Dewey
Karin Dewey has been teaching / tutoring IEW for over 12 years, first through Classical Conversations, second in her home which is affectionately called "Dewey World," and third at a private, Christian, classical school. Karin is a veteran homeschool mom and co-op teacher. Her children have now grown and flown and all three are enrolled at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach. The Deweys enjoy being a Disney family and live in Orlando, Florida where Karin's husband works at Walt Disney World. Karin also enjoys cooking / baking, watching movies, and cuddling with her three wonderful dogs: Buddy, Percy, and Grover. Due to having three kids with college tuition, this is the first year Karin will not be offering classes out of her home. She is going to work full time at a classical Christian school where she plans on using her IEW skills to help develop the middle school writing program.
