Caroline Mary Conkle, an accredited instructor with IEW since 2017, lives in Pompano Beach, Florida, with her husband and youngest daughter. Since 1999, she has been teaching writing, piano, and violin to students aged 4 and up. She is passionate about teaching people to write; learning to write develops the ability to think and reason and communicate effectively on any subject. Because she also believes music to be an essential part of education, Caroline is an accompanist and volunteer for the Girl Choir of South Florida, an organization whose mission is to transform girls’ lives through musical excellence. Although Caroline’s formal education happened in the usual institutional settings, she has also received knowledge and wisdom from a number of highly qualified mentors located in various countries and living in various centuries. Some of the best learning comes from books! Caroline enjoys music, reading, writing, poetry, math, walking adventures, conversations with humans of all ages, and finding out about this masterfully created, terribly tragic, and stunningly beautiful world we live in.
