When you log in to your IEW account, you will find yourself on our homepage. At the top right of the page, you will find your name beside the outline of a head and shoulders. Click there, and a drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to either go to your Dashboard or to Logout. You will want to choose Dashboard since it is the control center of your personal IEW account. Once you are on your Dashboard, immediately look to the left side, where you will find a list of choices in orange. Each choice, or section, is detailed below so that you may be fully in command of your IEW account.
Dashboard
This section highlights the main details of your IEW account. Your name, username, and login email are at the top, followed by any additional email addresses, your phone numbers, and lastly, your account preferences concerning mailings. Note the Edit button to the right of each section. This is where you can change any of these top details. If you select any of the Edit buttons, you will be taken to the next section on your Dashboard: Edit Information.
Edit Information
This section allows you to change your user name, password, phone number, email addresses, and mailing preferences. Again, it can be accessed in two ways: either by choosing the Edit button to the right of the Dashboard items or, from choosing Edit Information from the column of choices on the left.
Membership
This section lists your memberships. Included in this list could be Premium Membership, IEW® Gradebook, and Memory Mentor™. These are the three memberships available with IEW. Your memberships are listed at the top of this section. After each membership’s name is the membership’s status and expiration date. Active Subscriptions are below. This area shows the billing date, if it is auto renewed, and at the far right a red Action button. You can cancel your membership(s) by clicking on the Action button.
Address Book
This section is critical as it lists your billing and shipping addresses. Both are needed to create an order on our website. Before you place an order, make sure that the information is accurate so that your materials arrive at the right place in a timely manner. Use the Edit and Delete buttons to make changes.
Files
Within Files, Product is IEW materials you have purchased. Each IEW material includes optional files designed to support you and your student. When you click on the red plus sign on the right, the files for each product will drop down.
When you purchase your materials through IEW, the supportive files are immediately added to this section under a new heading for that Product. If you purchase IEW materials through a reseller, you will need to reference the blue page at the front of your books in order to load your files. When you load from the blue page, the files will be added to the Miscellaneous heading. If you cannot find a file, check under the Miscellaneous heading.
Video Streams
Within Video Streams, Product is IEW materials you have activated. To watch a video, click the red plus sign for your drop-down menu and then select the video you want to view. When you purchase a video-based course, you must activate the videos. The video lessons are not automatically added. When you receive your box of materials, follow the included instructions on the activation card to add the video lessons to your account.
Orders
This section allows you to look at all of your IEW orders. Starting at the left of each line is the Order # followed by the date/time of your order and its status.
- Payment Received = order placed
- Ready Ship = order processed
- Active Ship = order cannot be changed; being prepared for shipping (changes not possible)
- Completed = order shipped
Click the Details button to view the invoice.
Other Dashboard Items
You will see Checklist Generator if you have a Premium Membership.
You will see IEW Gradebook if you have created an IEW Gradebook account.
You will see Instructor Profile if you are an accredited IEW instructor. This is where you update your information so that individuals searching for tutors, classes, and grading services will be able to filter by level, curriculum, and other specific needs. This targeted approach will increase visibility and enrollment, making it easier to fill your classes.
