IEW Instructor

Kira learned her love for writing through IEW back in grade/high school. She loved writing essays, but also loved writing fiction or fantasy novels. In 2023, she decided to help a homeschooling mom by tutoring her two youngest boys and used IEW, since that was the only thing she knew. In 2024, Kira became a Registered Instructor because she wanted to make sure she could accurately teach writing and thinking. Her passion for the arts makes tutoring a pleasure. 

She is excited for every opportunity to show her love for writing! She favors the theme books that IEW provides. Teaching writing and thinking is definitely easier said than done, but Kira enjoys the grammar questions and discussion thoughts that come with each student. Tutoring students or simply aiding a parent with grading or editing a paper, Kira can finally put her love of writing to good use.

Kira married the love of her life, Stephen, in 2023 and he has supported her every step of the way. Because of him, she can now support others in their writing.
