Melanie Martin is a veteran home educator. She watched her two children learn to write and communicate effectively through several IEW courses and then transition successfully into college composition. Advanced degrees in Business Administration and Spanish have afforded teaching opportunities in high school and university settings, but none has been so satisfying for Melanie as teaching young learners in the homeschool community to write joyfully and confidently with structure and style. She delights in the fact that several of her advanced students have fallen in love with writing and have made it their goal to become published authors and illustrators! More than anything, she loves to watch young learners develop into competent thinkers and communicators, and she is thankful for the opportunity to participate in that process through IEW. Melanie enjoys teaching IEW Online Classes.
