Customer Service Agent
Joan Lickona is proud to be part of IEW’s Customer Service Team as customer service agent. Once a homeschooler herself, she is happy to now help homeschooling families and other educators utilize IEW’s tried and true methods of teaching writing and language arts. Joan received her bachelor's degree in communication from Saint Vincent College and recently moved to Oklahoma from upstate New York. Outside of her time at IEW, she can be found photographing, social dancing, reading, or volunteering.
