Customer Service Manager
Brooke Hafer originally joined IEW’s customer service team as the receptionist and is now working as the customer service manager. She was homeschooled and learned IEW’s Structure and Style® writing method as she worked through various IEW theme-based books and Fix It!® Grammar in her co-op classes. She is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in biblical studies. Brooke is excited to work for a company that helps reluctant writers like her!
