Educational Consultant
During her thirteen years in education, Erica worked with middle through high school special education students on a variety of subjects and levels of learning. She led a district-level pilot program supporting students in social-emotional growth and learning. She earned her bachelor’s degree in science and went on to pursue master-level courses pertaining to Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a mother of five children, her passion for supporting those with developmental challenges extends far beyond the classroom. As an educational consultant Erica is dedicated to strengthening teacher/student achievement and honoring what makes everyone unique and dynamic through IEW’s methodology.
