Customer Service
Brooke Hafer originally joined IEW’s customer service team as the receptionist and is now working as a customer service representative. She was homeschooled and learned IEW’s Structure and Style ® writing method as she worked through various IEW theme-based books and Fix It!™ Grammar in her co-op classes. She is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in biblical studies. Brooke is excited to work for a company that helps reluctant writers like her!
